ABC Computer Sericevs, Inc. offers various Maintenance Agreements depending on your computer needs.

Printer Maintenance Agreement: This agreement covers all printers (parts & labor) for a period of one year. ABC Computer Services also includes a scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) service call annually.

Network and Software Maintenance Agreement: This agreement covers the network for all software issues hardware not included. (Estimated yearly cost $3000.00-$5000.00) depending on the network size.  (Unlimited hours)

Hardware Maintenance Agreement: Pricing is based on the equipment listed in the service agreement. i.e.: hard drives, floppy drives, cd-roms, adapters, printer parts, etc. All items are subject to inspection prior to signing the agreement.

Block-Time Agreements: With the purchase of a block time agreement, said client purchases 10 or more hours of block time in advance to achieve lower hourly rates.  ABC’s hourly network rate is $125.00 per hour. ABC offers 10 hours of block time for $100.00 per hour or 20 hours for $90.00 per hour.  The block time does not expire until it is consumed. Our response time is 4 hours or less.  Also when you are a block-time client we are lenient with the time.  For example a technician may spend two & half hours on site and only deduct two hours of block time.  In the long run you get more hours than you pay for.

Full Maintenance Agreement: This covers software and all equipment specified in the Maintenance Agreement. The Full Maintenance Agreement consists of the Printer, Network and Software, and Hardware Agreements described above.
